This includes permission to use content featuring my likeness in the brand’s paid advertising while the retainer is active.

The brand does not need to negotiate a separate creator likeness license for each asset produced within the retainer.

If the retainer ends, advertising and commercial usage rights for retainer-produced assets end according to the agreed license terms.
